Chicken breast with paprika

An excellent recipe that can be served at a party or as a hors d’oeuvre, chicken breasts with paprika are delicious because of the marinade used to flavor them.

chicken-breast-paprikaIngredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast cut in approx. 2.5 cm cubes
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 hot pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients together, and marinate chicken breasts in them for 2 hours.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken pieces at low heat for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. Serve them cold with a side of picada sauce or salsa.
