Some like to eat cabbage pasta with pepper, some like it sweet, but everybody agrees that it tastes delicious either way.
• 400 g square pasta
• 800 g cabbage
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 10 g sugar
• Ground pepper
Grate and salt the cabbage, and let it soak in salt for 20 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid. Caramelize the sugar in oil; add cabbage and sauté it until brown while stirring often. Spice it with ground peppers.
Cook the pasta, strain it well and mix it with the cabbage. Serve it very how. A sprinkle of sugar, nutmeg or some more ground pepper can be added for extra flavor.
